More changes on the O-line:

http://www.giants101.com/2013/08/26/new-york-giants-shift-kevin-boothe-back-to-center-promote-james-brewer-to-left-guard/

Quote:
Cordle was really bad in the Giants first-team offensive line; looking lost and allowing defenders to blow right by him and past him; something head coach Tom Coughlin and offensive line coach Pat Flaherty took notice of in Saturday's 24-21 overtime loss at MetLife Stadium.

In Monday's practice, the Giants shuffled their line around even more as Kevin Boothe moved back to center and to take Boothe's spot at left guard, the Giants had backup right tackle James Brewer to left guard, a move that has been speculated about during the offseason to see if Brewer can get going and into the lineup.

^ If Boothe can keep the snap from hitting his large derriere then this is probably the best O-line lineup we could hope for.

fantasy question: How is Adrien Robinson TE progressing? Is he ever going to be ready? might have a roster spot with his name on it.

Not worth a roster spot at all right now

I don't think there's a TE on the giants worth a spot on any fantasy roster. I am not even sure if Robinson saw a target from Eli all pre-season. For that matter I don't think Eli threw the ball to any TE all pre-season. It's like Gilbride is allergic to them or something. My advice would be to look elsewhere for a TE.

I wouldnt touch him:
1. He hasn't seen many snaps with Eli.

2. He will likely be buried behind Myers and Pascoe (Especially when Hynoski is back at FB.)

3. The other TE, Donnell (or something) has been seeing more targets with the backups. And motioning around more. (doing things I thought Adrien would.) I might be more optimistic about him than Robinson.

4. Robinson has looked terrible as a blocker.

-
To be fair though, he has been wide open a few times, and our backup qb crew hasn't seen him.

We typically do one week but I'm pretty sure last year we expanded it to weeks. I'm down for either.

I hope we can get some of Seattle's cast offs for our D. Their second string is better than our first outside of the DL.
