You can guarantee five players remain healthy all year long. Who are they and why?

1) Rodgers- because duh.
2) Matthews- best defensive player and we are thin at OLB
3) Burnett- a Jennings AND McMillian safety tandem scares me
4) EDS- no viable back up so I think it would be super musical chairs if he goes down
5) Bulaga- if he goes down Newhouse likely fills in for him and even with the guarantee from the football gods I don't trust him to keep Rodgers healthy and upright

1) A-Rod - We're a below .500 without him...
2) CMIII - We've all seen his impact as far as overall team success with him out
3) Burnett - Jennings and McMillian would be ugly...
4) Bulaga - Zero confidence in Sherrod or Newhouse
5) Raji - Really the only remaining guy who'd it probably "really" affect us if he went down...

Rodgers - Doesnt get more obvious then this.
Matthews - See Rodgers.
Raji - Our D would be screwed without big man Raji. He's an anchor and the snaps he eats up would be very hard to fill.
Nelson - He's our unquestioned #1 and with little depth behind the big 3, we need him to stay healthy.
Bulaga - Our new LT. We absolutely need him to stay healthy as another year of subpar play at LT may get Rodgers killed.

These would be my 5. I get the logic behind Burnett but I'll take these guys.

The entire offensive line.

Well, maybe not, but there's a case to be made that if they are healthy A rod will be healthy, and if they aren't banged up the run game will succeed.

1. Rodgers
2. CM3
3. Raji
4. Burnett
5. Bulaga

I'd switch Bulaga and Raji, in fact, but otherwise I agree.

We saw in the game @HOU last year that, if it all hits for us otherwise, we can more/less live without Raji.

Granted, that's a big "if," but I do feel as though losing Bulaga and/or Burnett would be more painful than losing BJ.

Yes last year we lost Raji for a game at Houston and were fine. We lost Bulaga at RT for half the year and faired well.

I may be the contrarian, but if Bulaga were to go down, Newhouse has a lot of starts at LT and did so on teams that went 15-1 and 11-5. We have Barclay that could play RT, maybe even Bak at RT.

Fun fact, my uncle got my family box tickets to see that game (GB vs. HOU), but my mom said we couldn't go because my sister was in a Christmas play that night (she was just a kid who stood there with no lines). It was Reggie White's last game as a Packer and the last ever game for the Houston Oilers. I had never been to a Packer game and wouldn't get to one for 8 more years. I have still never forgiven my sister to this day for being in that play... Evil or Very Mad

On topic, I'd take:
1. Rodgers
2. Matthews
3. Raji
4. Bulaga
5. Perry
First four are rather self-explanatory. I have Perry on there though because I wouldn't want to see him injured for most of his first two seasons. I can only take so many first round picks who are injury-prone/suffer significant injuries.

Can we use the entire line as just one seeing they play as a unit anyway? Wink

1. Godgers
2. CM3
3. O line
4. Raji
5. Burnett
