My guess is Jeremy Maclin just saw Mike Williams get $15M guaranteed and smiled at the thought of his value next offseason.
Quote:
Williams averages 64 catches for 910 yards, 8 TD. Maclin avg. 65 catches, 863 yards, 6.5 TD. Maclin is 1 year younger.

6/40 - 15 guaranteed. Not too bad at all.

Depending on how he plays, I wouldn't be upset with that at all, especially with the 6 years averaging the cap hit to around 2.5-3 a year. If he cant stay healthy and constantly, I'm sure he won't see much over 20 of the 40mil+.

Keep in mind before last yr Williams was the go-to WR for TB. just saying.

He had a great rookie season. Both he and VJ were pretty close to even in targets and receptions last year with the slight edge to VJ.

Yep...They are an abomination... I'm not sure how big the outcry about it there is from the fanbase....but I had hoped it went the way of the niners "one day" helmet

The design explanation is somehow stupider than the actual helmet...

'We wanted the logo to really pop...the jaguar is leaping from the shadows.'

Then why is it backwards from that?

I'm not I love with the uniform...but it is better than their last set. Both are significant downgrades from their original set though.

I'd rather play a tentative RG3 than a confident Kirk Cousins. Most players don't go all Adrian Peterson coming off of torn ACLs.

Most people are not freak athletes. But wasn't Adrians first 6 games or something like that kind of okay, but not great?

"I feel like we've got to establish a toughness, a tenacity, a hard-nosed defense, something that's to be feared when it comes out there each and every week. I think [former Eagle] Brian Dawkins alluded to it a couple of times when I spoke to him, he's talking about 'bring that fear back here.' Right now, I don't know if there's anybody out there in the league who fears this defense, especially after last week," he said, according to the Inquirer.

I know people don't like the guy, but he's right. Our D is really damn soft. Our FO definitely did a good job of trying to bring in as many hard-nosed players as they could (Barwin, Sop, Chung, Fletcher, Williams, Wolff, etc), but still.

I like them better than they're old Uniform, but they should have what they had before that.
