Wasn't high on either. At least Wilson has an arm and mobility though. In the end, both were 4th round picks, so the odds are stacked against them. _________________

I agree with this, both guys are 4th rounders and it looks like neither is starting. I highly doubt Barkley would be starting here if we drafted him. DA seems bent on starting Flynn.
Look on the brightside, no way our QBs will be '12 chiefs or '11 colts bad.
Right? |

Definitely take Wilson, he can take a hit, hopefully he can learn to avoid 'em. _________________

I just like the fact that the Warroom let the draft to come them. Barkley vs. Wilson is 1b vs. 1a. Perhaps, Ncough has finally soiled me on USC QBs and their collective passive aggressive leadership. Never had a bad teammate, never had a bad coach, etc, etc. Wilson has moxie, toughness and exhibits REAL leadership while Barkley has already admitted that he should have spoken up more in the locker room last season as a Senior none the less. If you can't speak up as a Senior on a team full of Sophomores and Freshmen then when will Barkley feel it's appropriate to step up??In retrospect I think the Raiders lucked the he11 out. _________________

I really liked Wilson but I might have picked Barkley over him as a 'safe' pick. (As a GM) If I'm going for it though, I'm taking Wilson. I think he'll fit into another system if the HC gets changed. Barkley is the pick if I'm worried about my job after the first year, which I shouldn't be, so Wilson it is. |

Neither. Should have gone after BPA in another position, like DT/NT. We already picked up Flynn and we have Pryor to back him up, #3 could have been picked up from Wal-Mart for all it would matter. If Flynn and Pryor flop we take the best QB we can get next draft. |

I honestly don't think Barkley will be a starting NFL QB. Wilson could be though I think he has way more upside than Barkley. _________________

Huh... didn't know he was picked while at WalMart. I was just joking, like 'buying' a QB there for cheap, ya know. |

I would never take another USC QB...they just don't pan out..i think its that 'cali kid' mentality/party-type/look they have..they look great on movies and tv but in reallife, not so much...but i will say this. i personally believe that we took the best QB in this draft..and if it wasn't for the whole coaching/petrino thing at Ark. he would have gone #1 |
