If the stuff about Philbin encouraging Incognito is true, he's done. The whole Dolphins organization might be blown up.

Somebody on Twitter claiming some kind of knowledge said that this will hit Ireland harder than Philbin. That's what's confusing me right now.

I haven't heard anything about Ireland, so meh. The entire organization should be torn down, though. So many issues, no locker room presence.

Maybe he wanted Incognito to find out if Martin was a prostitute?

He folded up like a paper tent in fire at the entire situation. I think the concept people wanted him to take was to get up and fight for himself. It's also a very basic mantra in life. He could have done a lot better..

What do you want the guy to do, get into a fist fight at work? Say, "Richie, I know it comes as a surprise, but I really don't like when you use racial slurs and abuse and humiliate me, would you mind stopping?"

So now all of the Dolphins players are coming out and saying that it's all Martin's fault. Is this the big surprise that we were waiting for?

I don't think Incognito is a good person or anything, although I don't know him, but I do think it's more about Martin's personal wellness than Incognito making him that way.

Not to say I think Incognito gets a pass on this, but i don't believe it's worth losing a job over.

Nobody said anything about a physical fight. He let it get to the point where he broke down and left the team. And now look at what this has blewn up to. Its pure cowardice, but that's just my opinion. People have their own ways of handling social affairs.

Not that I know of...

IDK which big surprise is going to come out though. Basically, the Dolphins just need to blow up their team, coach, GM and all.

I don't know how Jeff Ireland still has a job.

I say torch the stadium and rebuild. The fact that they also told them all to be quiet and not comment and the whole roster changed their mind the next day. I rolled my eyes at how Incognito bragged about taking Tannehill's credit card bought a jetski because Tannehille "owed" him and he was ok w/ that.

I don't. "Fielded offers" could mean anything as small as listening to an offer, laughing and putting the phone down.

An aging team at 2-6 would be foolish to label any player untradeable, especially one with a notable injury history, so they probably listened to offers. But I don't see any team that's realistically just a QB away from contending and therefore in position to give up multiple high picks.
