Maybe Goodell will run the next owner's name by the FBI as part of the vetting process. You know, just in case he has an open fraud investigation. Some things you just have to learn by experience, I guess.

Just speculating. The Feds don't miss very often on these types of convictions. It's possible that Haslam will be able to shield himself from the carnage, but it's a very real possibility that he is asked to sell the Browns.

The NFL loves keeping their image squeaky clean, I could totally see that happening. Would love to have Mark Cuban but not sure if he's still looking for an NFL team.
