Maybe Goodell will run the next owner's name by the FBI as part of the vetting process. You know, just in case he has an open fraud investigation. Some things you just have to learn by experience, I guess.
I blame the Rooney's. |

While this would be more efficient and thorough, it would also clearly be lacking in lulz. This would eliminate any chance that the Browns could look stupid in new and interesting ways, and we simply can't have that.
Seriously, it's almost beyond words at this point. Looks like our handpicked billionaire has a very real chance of going down (maybe not jail time, but a very real chance of losing the Browns).
Time to pick the next billionaire. _________________ Suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.

Just speculating. The Feds don't miss very often on these types of convictions. It's possible that Haslam will be able to shield himself from the carnage, but it's a very real possibility that he is asked to sell the Browns. _________________ Suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.

Would love to have Mark Cuban but not sure if he's still looking for an NFL team. _________________
