He is NOT a part of our top 4, regardless of his talents.
These top 4 should be elite players with the charisma and character to lead our team.
John Kasay, clutch, sonsistent, true Panther. Top 4? Yes.
Steve Smith, 89, fierce, leader. Top 4? Yes.
Sam Mills, everything the Panthers stand for. Top 4? Yes.
Julius Peppers, elite talent, faded in big games, left the team for no reason. Top 4? NO.

OK just cause SAM MILLS got Cancer doesnt mean he is top 4. That is the only reason any of you have him in there. he played at the end of his career with us.

It has nothing to do with cancer for me. The guy created a state of mind with the "Keep Pounding" slogan that is used today. He was great in the community as well.

Definitely the first three:

Jerry Richardson
Steve Smith
Mike Minter
Muhsin Muhammad (It'd be nice to see Smitty and Moose together again)

Others I considered for the 4th spot:

Julius Peppers - For his play when he tried. He was a face of the franchise when it came to on-the-field stuff

Jake Delolhomme - Spelling error? What spelling error? Say what you want, but the guy was solid come playoff time for a while... Certainly wish I didn't have to mention him, though. The team is just too young.

John Fox - Yes...yes, I know. He was the head coach for a real long time, and without his contribution, we wouldn't have Cam Newton. See, let's all thank John Fox. Laughing

honorable mentions
1 Jerry Richardson
2 Rucker/Peppers
3 Moose
4 John Fox
5 Delhomme/Beuerlein

This is the ONLY list. Peppers, really? He hated this organization... John Fox turned into the lamest duck head coach in his last couple years here... Delhomme? Are yall for real? Delhomme was one of the biggest mistakes in this franchise' history... His existence should be swept under the rug.

I appreciate Jerry Richardson for bringing a Franchise to Carolina, however I am not fully convinced he Wants to win a Super bowl.... some of the moves hes made, decisions, I sometimes feel like hes like most NFL owners and really only cares about the $ $ $ Profits.

Totally agree. Mills is the antithesis of Peppers.
