There is strong rumours that baltimore will either release or trade leach, I cant think of any player more perfect to come in and help out our offense

what are your guys opinions

From Gronkowski to Hester/Green to Leach? I'd be for it if he came in for the minimum. He had a 3 million base salary in Baltimore and now is cut because they two sides were not able to work out a compromise. We'll see if the contemporary FA hot spot that is Mile High can attract him as well, though I am not sure how Leach would fit in our predominantly shotgun/singleback offense. Of course, if the Broncos really wanted they could find a role for him.

I'm cold on the idea of bringing him in we really don't use the fullback enough. He had more value to the ravens IMO Rice had his best years behind him. His skills are obviously diminishing. The only kind of fullback we bring in is a Hill is type someone who can catch and run.

I'd like to have him on the team, doubt it happens though even if I'd be okay if it came at the expense of Hester.

Makes zero sense on this team. Hes a true fullback. Hester adds much more versatility.

I always thought Leach could catch out of the backfield pretty well, that would be useful with a PFM led attack.

If the Texans arenít interested, Leach is interested in the Broncos, Cowboys, and Bengals. Either way, Vitolo said he plans to contact all 32 teams.

with Texans signing Greg Jones I dont think theyll be interested in him.

Agreed, he's a better blocker, receiver and equal as a runner to Hester. Only downside is age and contract.

No thanks. I love Leach but he is going to be too expensive for the limited role he would have on his team.

We are trying to play more up-tempo this year, which requires formation versatility. With the amount of Shotgun we run, I don't really see the point in signing Leach.
