this is pretty wonderful

I have to say, that's the first Twitter feed I've seen that contains an Alain Badiou reference.

This is unbelievable... the Heat are getting creamed to no end by some of the Spurs back-ups.

I watched a ton of Spurs games when I lived down there, and their backups are no joke. Even after George Hill left, they still had Gary Neal (who had my favorite sports nickname ever), Matt Bonner, Danny Green and DeJaun Blair, and had Splitter waiting in the wings. They really are the NBA version of the Patriots, layer upon layer of depth that they're constantly building, often with late draft selections.

u can't sleep on the red mamba. I am close friends with bonner. U have to find a way to love a NBA player from NH. Hell he made the NBA from a state of 1 million ppl and has made a legitimate role for himself.

Yeeeppp. Gary Neal would have been a mid first rounder had he not had legal trouble, Splitter coulda been a top ten pick had he committed to coming to the NBA his first year, DaJuan Blair fell for dumb reasons (even though he barely plays), and Danny Green was always a project, but he's finally developed into what NBA scouts thought his ceiling was. (which he probably could have done nowhere else but SA)

Think the Spurs can finish it?

The game or series? Series, perhaps. Finals format really screws and helps the Heat. While it's tough to play 3 games in SA, it's also an incredible amount of pressure for the Spurs to finish the series in Miami if the Heat (they will) steal a game in SA.

My money is still on the Heat but I'm hoping for a Duncan fifth.

That brawl in LA tonight was serious. I've never understood the fighting in baseball thing. You have to walk the longest way to do it.

I get it in hockey and basketball, but I don't get it in the culture of baseball. What do I know, though?

PS:

Jozy Altidore finally starting to live up to the hype?

My post was during halftime of game 3, i was actually talking about the game.

Hopefully though, they can finish the series, it's strange how the Heat beat down the Spurs in game 2 and somehow the Spurs turned it around and beat down the Heat even worse on game 3... if the Spurs get game 4 at home aswell, i don't see how the Heat win 3 in a row to win the series.

I'm not sure who was making fun of Rab for his use of twitter (it was either Rich or Mc86)

But this is kinda funny.
