John Romaniello is my new favourite fitness dude. Been reading all his stuff on intermittent fasting, can't wait to give it a go.

I did my own "version" of it last summer . I'd eat 2 small meals a day and I lost a lot of weight quick. The only downside is its easy to gain it all back.

2 small meals a day? That sounds like less than 1000 calories a day....

Intermittent fasting is a little different to that man. Laughing

I'm not 100% sure as I tend to avoid anything I see with ''bulking'' in (not my goal right now), you'd think he would have though.

I'm reading his book ''Man 2.0: Engineering The Alpha'' right now, it's awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of the 8-hour feeding window..... and man oh man am I looking forward to cheat days on this regime!

i dont see why IF is so controversial with meal frequency being complete utter BS and scientifically proven to no matter.. so if you are bulkin i dont know why wouldnt be able to still eat at a surplus and provide your muscle with the nutrition it need for optimal growth in that feed window.

Yeah good point. As long as you're eating at a surplus over your feeding window, I don't think it'd make a difference from the traditional 6 meals a day guideline.....

Reading this Romaniello book is blowing my mind. So many of the things I've been doing all this time are just being completely de-bunked. Especially eating breakfast as soon as I wake. I'd literally run downstairs on a morning and fire up the cooker like ''OMG IM GOING CATABOLIC IF I DON'T HURRY UP!!!''...

So stupid. Laughing

Hi guys.

You are definitely one of the monkey footers. Of the spider monkey variety of course.
