Just did a 12-team league

QB: Russell Wilson, Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Schaub
RB: CJ Spiller, Alfred Morris, Zac Stacy
WR: Andre Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Cecil Shorts III, Sidney Rice, Jeremy Maclin, Justin Blackmon, Greg Little
TE: Kyle Rudolph
D/ST: Dolphins (face Browns W1)
K: Robbie Gould

Ehh. I wanted more RBs, but the value was too weak late. Also usually like to carry 2 TEs, but that didn't work out this way this time. I'll use the waiver and free agency to adjust the ratio a bit once the season gets going.

What's your league's starting lineup requirements?

ESPN standard 12. So 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1FLEX, 1 D/ST, 1 K

I imagine you'll cycle through kickers and defenses, but your team is stacked.

Houston doesnt throw enough for me to even want Schaub in spot duty. Its so weird to see only 3 RBs on your team, but ive done a few mocks and after round 9 or 10 there arent any RBs left

Help me!

In a keeper league, everyone keeps 3 players. I'm NOT keeping Roddy White, but i can trade him for a 1st round pick(essentially a 4th rounder)

1. Is it really smart or dumb to do this? I know it makes me a little better but it is good value for him right?(Although he has to keep him as 1 of his 3)

Please help me

Sell high brother. I'd also try to finagle one of my young sleepers (1st or 2nd year guy who you're high on).

So you're going to keep 3 players + get an extra pick?

What player are you keeping over Roddy?

The answer would have been a resounding yes, by the way. I would have kept all three of those guys over Roddy anyway, and getting a pick for a player you were going to let walk anyway would have been a no-brainer.

Attempting standard 12-man league at EXPERT LEVEL

QB: Michael Vick, Daunte Culpepper, Mark Brunell
RB: LaDainian Tomlinson, Clinton Portis, Michael Turner, Willis McGahee, Beanie Wells
WR: Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Cecil Shorts III, Brandon Lloyd
TE: Chris Cooley, Dallas Clark
D/ST: Texans
K: Stephen Gostkowski

Will have new roster after I dig through free agents

edit: Vick & CSIII are pending trade, but I included them anyway

What is an expert level draft? Confused

I just put in a bunch of waiver claims. If the trade and those claims go in, my roster will look like this:

QB: Philip Rivers, Carson Palmer, Michael Vick
RB: Danny Woodhead, Pierre Thomas, Michael Turner, Beanie Wells
WR: Cecil Shorts III, Justin Blackmon, Rod Streater, Brandon Lloyd, Michael Crabtree
TE: Marcedes Lewis, Heath Miller
D/ST: Texans
K: Stephen Gostkowski

Turner, Wells, and Lloyd there in case they get picked up
Crabtree and Miller in case they come back from injury (and do well)

In the same league my team.

QB: Matt Ryan, RGIII
RB: Steven Jackson, Le'Veon Bell, Shane Vereen
WR: Julio Jones, Roddy White, Hakeem Nicks, Stevie Johnson, Jeremy Maclin
TE: Tony Gonzalez, Jared Cook
D/ST: Atlanta Falcons, Dallas Cowboys
K: Blair Walsh, Steven Hauschka

I think my strategy was obvious.

Strategy was to take Blair Walsh and surround him with the future IR Squad
