Will be interesting to see if the run on long snappers continues, haha.

Announcement coming in from Team JB:

jb_gobills wrote:
Team JB is actively seeking trade offers for Kevin Zeitler, OG, Cinncinnati. The 23-year old has one season under his belt where he started all 16 games, and has been described as being "a mauling run blocker." Bengal running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis led the NFL in third-and-one conversions (14 of 15; Arian Foster was second with 13 of 19).

We feel we have adequate depth on the offensive line and are looking for a young cornerback in trade for a team in a similar situation who is looking to upgrade their interior offensive line depth.

Kindly contact jb_gobills for any questions or proposals.

Also, still trying to figure out the best way to go about the voting process. I had posted this:

BigBillsFan13 wrote:
I'm trying to think of the best way to do the voting. I could do:

Arrow 3 head to head matchups, leaving us with 3 teams, then putting those 3 against each other in one poll.

Arrow 3 head to head matchups, then randomizing those 3 winners, having 1 team automatically make it to the final head to head matchup against whoever wins between the other 2.

Arrow 2 polls with 3 teams each, then taking the winner from each poll go head to head against each other in the final.

Arrow 2 polls with 3 teams, then taking the top 2 from each poll, randomizing again, having 2 more head to head matchups, then the final head to head.

Arrow 1 poll with all 6, winner take all.

In any case, I will randomize to get the initial matchups. Any other ideas?

I think I like the 4th option personally. It would be 5 total polls, and I could run each poll/pair of polls for a week. If anyone (involved in the draft or not) has any other ideas though, I will listen to any and all suggestions.

OK fellas, unless there are any objections, here's how I'm going to run the voting.

I'll give each team a number, based on draft position (Tommy - 1, Nick - 2, etc...)

I'll randomize those and make 2 polls, each with 3 teams (one with 1-3, and the other with 4-6)

I'll leave those polls up for a week.

After a week, I'll take the top 2 from each poll, and randomize those.

I'll make 2 more polls, each with 2 teams.

I'll leave those 2 polls up for a week.

After that week, I'll take the winners from each poll and make 1 last head to head poll.

After another week, we'll have a champion.

My only question is where to post these polls. Comparisons Thread? Do I post the opening polls in here, then take the "playoff" and championship polls somewhere else? That's what I'm unsure of, but what do you guys think about the voting?

I like it. I think it should be posted in the comparisons forum because it has far more activity than this forum lately. It would be nice to get other teams fans opinions as well.

OK, that's the plan then.

By my estimation, joutman is missing 2 picks still. As soon as those are made I'll post the rosters and polls.

OK, per Random.org, the 1st round matchups are as follows.

Group 1:
TommyC376
jb_gobills
BigBillsFan13

Group 2:
Maxmw22
joutman
NickChowaniec

I'll post these (with the current rosters provided) in the Comparisons Forum in a little bit. I'll leave these up through the weekend. We will take the top 2 from each group, then randomize again and have 2 head to head matchups. The winners from those will face off for the championship.
