You guys are late to the party. Laughing

I don't know what I was thinking but I couldn't have worded worse if I was trying.

What's unfortunate is everyone actually understands what I was trying to ask. Laughing

I think the fact people are asking for clarification is even funnier.

I hope you don't take this as any sort of sign of disrespect. I'm still giggling about the question, and am deeply glad you worded it the way you did.

I'm not offended in the slightest. It's hilarious. I've toasted by back again so I'm taking hydro-morphine for the pain and I can recall changing the wording on the question because I worded it wrong.

I think in fact I may have had the wording right and changed it to the above.

Regardless its a good laugh and I could use some of those these days.

Or, as Dad used to say, " you can't fix stupid."

Interesting enough I can't edit the poll question so good old Dad was right.

Nope.

I had to park my walker because I slipped those three troublesome discs again. Laughing

It's sad I have to recuperate to get back to the walker.

I'm not worried though. Grandpa got like this towards the end. Laughing

Well, Ryan Leaf got multiple teams to take a chance on him, so I don't see why it isn't possible Jamarcus could get another shot somewhere. There's absolutely no doubt about his arm strength and it's really just a matter of whether or not he's enough of a student of the game or dedicated enough to handle the rigors of the position. He's just one of those guys that was able to coast in college because of his gifts, but that's not possible in the NFL and I think at this point he's come to terms with that.

Would I want the Lions to sign him? No, of course not. We have a 25 year old quarterback that's thrown 61 touchdowns over the last two years, a backup QB I would consider to be an "elite backup" if there's such a thing, and I'd rather just let the competition for 3rd QB sort itself out with the guys we already have. But I could see a team like Jacksonville or Arizona giving him a shot if Gabbert and Palmer can't hack it.

I like how there are more votes for no than yes in the poll
