will the Patriots lead in, in 2013? This thread focuses on the strong points of the team and what they'll do well. You can speculate about anything you feel like we'll be tops at as a team this season. Please explain.

Superbowls won Wink

I'm going to go with Sacks Allowed.

I really think the continuity of the Offensive Line, with the re-acquisition of Vollmer, the progress of Solder and hopefully a healthy Mankins, I believe we can have an elite O-Line. Add to that Brady's ability to get rid of the ball quickly and abaility to evade rushers and move in the pocket I don't see us giving up many sacks.

Good one. Wouldn't be surprised if we didn't give up 20 sacks all season.

I have the strongest sense we'll be top 5 in rushing defense this year. We've been good, but Mayo, Hightower and Spikes will only grow together. Along with that, we'll lead the league in fumble takeaways. Just so stout, disciplined and smart to attack the football.

Combined touchdowns
Rushing yards

and... I'm gonna go with defensive interceptions.

Total number of offensive plays.
First downs.
Third down conversion %.
Drives of 10+ plays.

That's just playing the odds. Less certain picks:

I think we'll be up there in TO differential and defensive INTs.
Fewest sacks allowed.
Points scored (Pats, Saints and Packers will be leading the way...even odds as to the actual order).
Sacks. This is a hail-mary guess. Jones should be firing again. Collins, Kelly, Armstead - there is some exciting pass rush potential around and if they're playing with a lead as much as I guess they will be there's a good chance a lot of sacks are spread around. Don't think its likely
