He didn't kill his dog for that.

That's the point here. He shot the dog because, and only after, it lunged at him. The guy didn't have a taser in his hand, he would have been compromising himself to switch after initially drawing his weapon.

i meant that a dog ended up dead over a stupid petty arrest that probably shouldn't have happened

Detaining =/= arresting.

That only happened because of the moron owner.

There are ways it's useful. The Seahawks last year were a good example.

If wasn't just point based win estimation systems that were leaning their way late in the season, they had a very good second half (as did the Packers).

OTOH, sometimes they just point out the obvious (the Chiefs being epically bad).
But they got blown out by NYG in a game they were favored in, and lost to Minnesota when trying to lock a 1st round bye..

They finished 6-2. Badly blown out by the Giants (in NY, AKA on the road, and now it's a bad thing if they lose when the idiot cousin of Jimmy the Greek has picked them?) and barely beaten by the Vikings for their only division loss of the season. Is that really a bad second half of the season in your eyes?

A better example would have been useful.

If you care about dogs vs law enforcement, Radley Balko is the best source I know. Beware. His daily coverage can be seriously depressing. Over the years I've had to stop paying attention to him several times, it can get to be too much.

Based on expectations? Kinda. From Houston on, the only rough game they won was @ Chicago.

Anyone want to tackle this one about the PS?

http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=525623

from last year the guys to watch are:

Andrew Datko, BJ Coleman, Brandon Bostick, correct?

As for this year, who really knows? Maybe Dorsey?

Dorsey, Angelo Pease, Myles White, Jake Stoneburner, Patrick Lewis, Lane Taylor, Gilbert Pena (just as a NT body), Andy Mulumba (maybe he'd leave for the CFL?)

Those would be the one's I'd be looking at, assuming they don't make the 53 and clear waivers.

I was an exclusive Star Fox/Turok/Zelda boy growing up... Videogames seemed so much more enchanting back then for some reason... Crying or Very sad
