Retiring is the worst decision he could make. The guy is so dumb. He better stay out of Decatur or he'll end up dead or in jail pretty soon.

Yeah that place is like a black hole for him.

Anyways, we won't really miss him. It would've been nice to see what he could bring to the table and see if he couldn't surprise, but between Jameel McClain (12' starter), Josh Bynes and a few other names... we should be fine with our #2 LBer and depth.

No blaming the Raiders for his lack of development and/or progress now?

I think the only thing you could possibly blame them for at this point is not doing enough research into his character (or not taking the issues they did see seriously enough).

Ravens should get Urlacher, he's a good leader replacement for Ray Lewis. I always said this from day one when Urlacher was a free agent.

We got our leader replacements via the draft. No reason to sign an old, slow LB who has 0 experience in a 3-4.

You can add Jimmy Smiths as well to that list. Very Happy

What a waste of a first round pick for Oakland. I feel for that franchise.

Its amazing that he was considering one of the safest picks in the draft. Shame that he couldnt make the most of his talent. Hopefully he figures out what life is really about and gets his head on straight.

You just have to wonder if it was a case of getting all that money at such a young age ad letting it get to his head.

I remember people saying he was better than Spikes back during the draft.

What a waste, at least now he won't cost some more deserving player a position.
