Thanks for the memories, Jamael. I don't know if TB fans will ever have another player with the class, talent and longevity.

I sa this coming since we signed Goldson.

He'll be missed. Awesome player. Legend. That game ending pick 6 on mcnabb to clinch the NFC title still gives me chills.

One of my favorite players of all time. I think we all knew it but didn't want to accept it. Crying or Very sad

I'll be going to Canton when he makes the HoF.

Wow is all I can say! Sad day, but just glad he was able to do it on his own terms and not be flushed out like our previous greats.

NFC championship game versus the Eagles is by far my favorite moment all time as well.

Ronde had a tremendous career. 16 years played, Super Bowl ring, a good amount of money made, and apparently in good health. You really can't ask for more as a player.

I kind of expect Ronde to stay in the Tampa area doing some local TV work. Interesting that Ronde received a degree from UVA for commerce with a concentration in marketing. Tiki and Ronde have apparently written three children's books.

Best of luck with your future endeavors Ronde.

Wow first Mark has to deal with Brooks and now Barber.

He had to know we couldn't wait forever for him to decide.

The moves we made basically sealed the deal.

Sad to see him go but couldn't be happier he is a Buccaneer!

Wish he could of signed 1 more year..
Really going to miss him....what a great career he had.

Just by looking at him he is not too big or fast by any means. Is not an athletic freak. Having said that he NEVER got hurt, even at an old age and always found ways to make plays and was extremely reliable and got the job done. On top of that he was a great invividual to be around. Good luck to him in retirement and I really hope to see him in HOF.

The guy was special, he did some things that we may never see again.... no doubt in my mind - he should be a HOFer. The numbers don't lie.

Glad he came in and left as a Buc on his own terms. Great player and truly deserved that SB ring. Sad day Crying or Very sad would love to have seen him with Revis, Dashon, and Banks. would love to see him on the Bucs staff one day, he'd be a hell of a coach. It's quite amazing how he has been so good for so long.

Im glad he retired a Buc and decided not to extend his career one more year somewhere else, which shows his true class. I hope he keeps in close contact with the organization and doesnt just disappear. He will never coach but would be a great source for mentoring/advice.
