Titans picking top 15 means they need a new QB. Stephen Morris should be the pick.
Seems very homerish so ill let you do that in your mock

Homerish as in how? I'm not debating the spot the Titans are picking, I'm debating if their picking that high it means Locker sucked and he's not the answer. Plus Munchak will likely be fired if they finish that high and the new HC will want his own QB. Unless your talking about Morris going that high? Morris had a really good season last year in case you haven't noticed. With another good to great season with more team success, he can surely go in the 1st. Fales and Teddy are gone and the Titans obviously need a QB if their picking 11th. Not homerish, just common sense.
About Morris

Oh then that's silly. Stephen Morris is one of many QBs that is a legitimate first round candidate next year. A lot of promising RS Sophs and Juniors that can declare next year and a handful of Seniors who could have strong years too. A lot of those Sophs and Juniors may not declare depending on how things shake out since there are so many that look promising at this point in time.

Defensive Tackle?

That may well be the Bengals best and deepest position.

I'm sure there are a few but what five teams would you take out of the playoffs and which five would you put in

IMO Out colts, steelers, ravens, giants, falcons, seahawks

IN Cin, K.C., Tenn, Min, N.O., Stl

Colored ones being division winner

As much as I hate to say it MN might not make the playoffs this year..we have a really tough schedule and its going to really hard for AP to carry us again like he did last year.

I cant see Tennessee over Indy

I cant see NO division winner over ATL

STL is a good team and may take a wild card spot, but I dont think they make it over SEA if it came down to the 2.

We Gave AP alot of help! I love Atl but N.O. only looked so bad because of all the distractions not to mention they lost alot on D the last two years!

Sea and Stl you might be Right that is more of a hunch that Wilson has a Bas sophmore Slump this year

Since Vegas has more money than all of us for a reason, why not just use their odds to determine order?

San Francisco 49ers 6/1
Denver Broncos 7/1
New England Patriots 8/1
Seattle Seahawks 9/1
Green Bay Packers 12/1
Atlanta Falcons 17/1
Houston Texans 18/1
New Orleans Saints 18/1
New York Giants 20/1
Pittsburgh Steelers 25/1
Baltimore Ravens 28/1
Dallas Cowboys 33/1
Cincinnati Bengals 35/1
Chicago Bears 38/1
Washington Redskins 40/1
Indianapolis Colts 40/1
Miami Dolphins 40/1
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 45/1
Minnesota Vikings 50/1
San Diego Chargers 50/1
Philadelphia Eagles 55/1
Detroit Lions 55/1
Kansas City Chiefs 60/1
St. Louis Rams 60/1
Carolina Panthers 65/1
New York Jets 120/1
Cleveland Browns 125/1
Arizona Cardinals 140/1
Tennessee Titans 140/1
Buffalo Bills 150/1
Oakland Raiders 200/1
Jacksonville Jaguars 200/1

Invert them of course.
Then, if people have a problem with it, they can go tell Vegas.

Can't use it for the playoff seating because the playoffs get broken down by round and there is two Afc and NFC teams that pick within picks 21-24 same as 25-28 and same as 29-32. So the way your saying to do it would have three NFC teams in the 25-28 picks which is impossible to happen. At least my way has a possibility

You can just make nominal, incremental adjustments to rectify that without disturbing the essence of the seeding.

Here:

Jacksonville Jaguars
Oakland Raiders
Buffalo Bills
Tennessee Titans
Arizona Cardinals
Cleveland Browns
New York Jets
Carolina Panthers
St. Louis Rams
Kansas City Chiefs
Detroit Lions
Philadelphia Eagles
San Diego Chargers
Minnesota Vikings
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Miami Dolphins
Indianapolis Colts
Washington Redskins
Chicago Bears
Dallas Cowboys
Cincinnati Bengals
New York Giants
Baltimore Ravens
New Orleans Saints
Pittsburgh Steelers
Atlanta Falcons
Houston Texans
Green Bay Packers
Seattle Seahawks
New England Patriots
Denver Broncos
San Francisco 49ers
