Ill wait to be disappointed until we know the truth. As of now it seems like something that got over blown |
KTAR did this with Michael Beasley earlier this year.
Urban said this was simular to Joey Porter when he first signed with the Cardinals. _________________ Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

Arizona Cardinals linebacker Daryl Washington has been arrested for aggravated assault and temporary disfigurement.
Late Wednesday, word leaked that Arizona Cardinals linebacker Daryl Washington may have been involved in a domestic dispute.
Friday morning, Phoenix police confirmed Washington had been arrested and booked into jail on two counts of aggravated assault.
Washington, 26, was suspended by the NFL earlier this offseason for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
Washington was a Pro Bowl alternate in 2012 after finishing the season with 134 tackles and nine sacks. The former second-round pick out of TCU has tallied 319 tackles, 15 sacks and four interceptions as an Arizona Cardinal. He signed a six-year, $32 million contract extension prior to the 2012 season.

Didn't Fitz get charged with something similar to this a couple years ago? Daryl should hire Larry's lawyer _________________

Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Going to put a lot of stress on a LB unit that was weak already; and a weak LB unit behind a 1 gap defensive line spells nothing but trouble, especially with the secondary we have right now.
This offense will need to score 25-27 PPG to win football games this season. _________________

It probably would result in his release...if he was not our best defensive player, and a pivotal part of our future. _________________

We are not cutting Daryl. Seriously. It should not even be considered an option.

Well the police report states that the victim suffered a broken clavicle and was choked by DW in the alleged assault for which he was arrested. It does not look good. I have to believe there is a point where an organization draws a line and will cut ties with even its best player on defense. To say it won't even be considered is premature. He could be doing some serious time behind bars. |

It's not premature when he is 26 and just led linebackers in sacks. Theirs a line for non star and a line for stars. Lets just say the line for stars has never been reached. It will not be considered period |

The question is how reliable is the victim; with previous arrests for assault herself. We have to let the process play out.
I agree it does not look good; will Washington be cut; no. Period. _________________
