Can we both do this?

As long as we sandwich him in the draft.

If you traded picks you would have to still have the same equal amount to have 53 players. Unless there is free agency lol.

[Draft Number | Position | Name | Team | Age | Position Rank]

Methodology: Age is a key factor in these rankings. In building a team from the ground up, it is necessary to weigh in all factors, including injury history, age, character, production, ceiling, and positional value. A guy like Matthew Stafford, for example, would be my #11 quarterback irregardless of age (Rodgers, Brady, Manning, Brees, Luck, Romo, Roethlisberger, Ryan, Rivers, and Flacco being the top 10). But considering he is 25, and six of the top ten are approaching 30 or well beyond 30, he gets a slight bump. This is how I plan on building my team: youth, versatility, and potential.

QB: 2.20 | Matthew Stafford | Detroit Lions | 25 | 7
RB: 6.111 | Jamaal Charles | Kansas City Chiefs | 25 | T4
WR: 5.82 | Demaryius Thomas | Denver Broncos | 25 | 5
WR: 10 | Antonio Brown | Pittsburgh Steelers | 24 | 17
TE: 9 | Kyle Rudolph | Minnesota Vikings | 23 | 5
TE:
LT: 7.118 | Trent Williams | Washington Redskins | 24 | 5
LG: 8 | Marshal Yanda | Baltimore Ravens | 28 | T1
C:
RG:
RT: 13 | Phil Loadholt | Minnesota Vikings | 27 | 11 RT

DL: 3.42 | Muhammad Wilkerson | New York Jets | 23 | 3
DL: 4.73 | Nick Fairley | Detroit Lions | 25 | 10
DL: 12 | Kendall Reyes | San Diego Chargers | 23 | 24
OLB: 14 | Nick Perry | Green Bay Packers | 23 | 21
ILB: 11 | Ahmad Brooks | San Francisco 49ers | 29 | 16
OLB: 13 | Courtney Upshaw | Baltimore Ravens | 23 | 20
CB: 1.16 | Patrick Peterson | Arizona Cardinals | 22 | 1
CB: 12 | Cortez Allen | Pittsburgh Steelers | 23 | 21
CB:
S: 9 | Morgan Burnett | Green Bay Packers | 24 | 5
S: 14 | Matt Elam | Baltimore Ravens | 21 | 17

Head Coach: Bruce Arians | Arizona Cardinals | 9
Offensive Coordinator:
Defensive Coordinator: Richard LiBeau | Pittsburgh Steelers | 2

No college coaches I'm assuming? What about NFL HC's as OC/DC's?

If there's still a spot I'd certainly be interested. I know I'm new to the forum, so if a longer tenured poster wants a spot over me I understand.

Just depends on how well people stick to time slots. You'll likely draft at least once a day, possibly twice depending on where you are.

You can trade slots, but not picks.

The only restrictions as far as coaching selections go is that you can't hire a college HC as a coordinator. You can hire an NFL HC as a coordinator though.
