I have a feeling we aren't actually going to be that bad this year.

I think we might win the division.

Preliminary 2014 Mock
One pick added via trade and Kelly moves out Reid era players.*

Aaron Colvin, CB, Oklahoma
Trent Murphy, LB/DE, Stanford
Alden Darby, S, Arizona State*
Glenn Carson, LB, Penn State
Trey Burton, WR, Florida
Keith Price, QB, Washington
Kevin Graf, OT, Southern California
Dontae Johnson, CB, North Carolina State

I have no real strong idea about any of these guys.
Just wild guesses based on what I have extrapolated so far.
And something to talk about.

I think Chip could have a field day with him

Oh hey I went to high school with Trey Burton. He went to a different school, since I went to the nerd school with no sports, but I knew him fairly well. Was good friends with his girlfriend in HS. He's ok. I don't know how good he'll be in the NFL.

His younger brother, Clay, is going to be a better prospect IMO

Talent Level?

My roommate has always thought she was really attractive and always had a thing for her but I always thought she was alright.

Tall blonde chick. She dated mostly athletes. Her and Trey dated from like middle school up until sophomore year or so.

He could dunk a basketball when he was in 7th grade. We played his team and he literally single handedly destroyed us.

Random question. If we switch to a 3-4 or whatever, how would Clowney fit in if somehow we landed him? Or would he not?

You make up a position for clowney to play. But he would probably be a great predator.

Well he was 6'6" and 250 pounds running in the 4.4s in the winter of 2011 and he was 6'6" and 270 pounds running in the 4.5s this past winter. So I think he could pretty easily slide into the predator spot and handle dropping into coverage on occasion.

Say we go 5-11 or 6-10 or even 7-9 this year, effectively taking us out of the Teddy/Clowney sweepstakes. How awesome would it be to draft Marqise Lee to replace the then recently departed Jeremy Maclin? Discuss.

Love that guy, if this scenario happens I'd happily welcome him.

Only downside would be both him and Jackson are 6' or under. But other then that....

So. Much. Speed. Laughing

I think Lee is a guy that chip could covet.

I like Watkins a tiny bit more, but they're both awesome.

With that said, I am not sure if we should be taking a WR high in the first round next year. I'd rather get a guy like Bradley Roby or Kyle Van Noy if we were to be picking around 8-12. Van Noy<33333

But I wouldn't mind Lee at all. He is definitely a stud. Plus he could reunite with his college buddy

I have a feeling that chip bought totally into howie's best player available no matter what ideals.

So that should make all of our draft talk for the next year completely pointless.
