Should we sign a vet or two on one/two year deals as gap fillers/mentors to our young roster? I like a few guys that are still out there and believe they can still be productive and valuable.

Karlos Dansby - 134 tackles last year and only 31. Doesn't offer anything in pass coverage but could be valuable as a two down run stuffer?

Kerry Rhodes - Knows the system. Horton likes him. We could use a vet presence like his in the backend.

Who you got?

Both Rhodes and Dansby make a ton of sense.

I doubt we sign either.

That was my initial thought too.. But apparently he can play guard. I'd love to add him as a guard.

Agreed. Did well blocking for Andrew luck last year. I'd take anyone over Lauvao...

Would love to sign either or both of those guys. I'd really like to get Charles Woodson. I think he'd be a better nickle then buster or FS

I would stop gap safety for a vet min for 1 year and same with guard. That way they fill a hole and are off the cap space for next year.

that is all

Awesome post candy.

Espn has got to be scrambling, what are they going to do with all of that air time if he's not in the league?
