Are we set at offensive line or will we be aggressive I'm trying to bring in a veteran FA? Can we send a draft pick from the 2014 draft to get Brandon Albert? I am hopeful that we can address this issue because I am not sold on where our line stands now. I believe Martin can be adequate, but if he has an injury or is better at RT, I don't see our other options. Looking for some insight. Thanks

I don't see any way they go into training camp with Nate Garner penciled in as a starter at one tackle. They'll go after Winston or try to find a way to bring another T in.

I definitely wouldn't say it's a strength or something that more be a concern at some point but I am a little more confident then some maybe . I think J Martin is going to be much improved and lance Louis health could be big. Alot depends on Thomas and how quickly he can help out. Going to be some good battles in camp.

At this point, I think we sign Winston because it's much cheaper and gives us a guy that can play RT and play Dallas Thomas at RG.

The Dolphins freed up some cap space today and should use that money on signing Winston and McKinnie...Winston should start at RT and McKinnie should push Martin on the left and provide very good depth.

I hope he does become the starter at RT. HIm or Garner. The problem remains, we are still thin at OL. Martin, Garner, and Yeatman are our only OT.

I just don't see Yeatman starting.

Both Jerry and our new draft choise Thomas can also backup at RT

I like the potential that is there for sure.

If I was in charge?

LT: Martin
LG: Thomas/Louis
C: Pouncey/Samuda
RG: Incognito/Jerry
RT: Garner/Jerry/Yeatman

Ideally I would sign Eric Winston and then a vet with LT experience.

I think that's the way it will play out. The staff clearly see's Thomas on the left side and it makes sense cause richie will make a better RG then LG. I get conflicting reports on Yeatman sometimes I feel like they are really excited about him and sometimes I hear he doesn't have a chance to be a starter.

And like clockwork, stories surface that the Dolphins have been in constant contact with Winston and a deal could be coming soon.

I think at the end of the day that's what is going to happen. Then the line starts to look a lot better. The only real question mark would be how well Martin plays at LT.

If I was Ireland, I'd be calling every team that drafted a tackle. Not every team is going to have someone they now want to trade but some might. Brandon Albert isn't the player who considered himself a LT and who's team drafted a LT. For every team who is willing to consider a trade it reduces Albert's leverage a little bit more.

I agre with this. Mckinnie would be good competition for martin.
