Which Draft pick has the biggest impact year 1??

1 Dion Jordan DE Oregon
2 Jamar Taylor CB Boise St.
3 Dallas Thomas OT/OG Tennessee
3 Will Davis CB Utah St.
4 Jelani Jenkins OLB Florida
4 Dion Sims TE Michigan St.
5 Mike Gillislee RB Florida
5 Caleb Sturgis K Florida
7 Don Jones SS Arkansas St.

I'd say Taylor because I think he'll be a day one starter across from Brent Grimes. I do think that Jordan will have an impact also.

I don't see how it can be anyone but Jordan. He won't put up Wake numbers, but I'm hoping for about 7 sacks.

Jamar Taylor, I think he plays more downs the Jordan, Jordon will be a specialist pass rushing on 3rd downs. Maybe they both have equal impact.

Jordan and Taylor start. Thomas could start at OG, Sims and Gillislee also will play big roles. I think Davis is a "redshirt"

Sturgis is the kicker.
Jenkins likely makes the team with minimal impact on defense this year. ST this year.

I'll say Dion Jordan.

I won't be surprised if we begin looking to unload Starks in the next few weeks for a 2014 Draft pick, with the intent of starting Jordan full time and moving Odrick inside.

If Caleb Sturgis makes the important kicks this year that Carp missed last year, it's hard to argue against his case

Ireland seems to be signing a ton of players to fill the 90 man roster. So at this point, I give myself anxiety trying to guess who is going to make the roster and who isn't. I look at every draft as there are only about 5 or 6 picks that stick with the team, and the rest are gone. Then I think 4 will become starters.

With that said, I see Dion Jordan, Jamar Taylor, and Dallas Thomas making impacts as rookies.

Cam Wake will face a lot of the double teams, giving Dion Jordan less attention on the other side.

Jamar Taylor will probably step in day 1 as the starter. He is a perfect fit to play zone coverage. I see him starting opposite of Brent Grimes and Richard Marshall.

Dallas Thomas will probably start at RG or RT. I can see Nate Garner winning the RT spot, Dallas Thomas moving to RG, and Lance Louis possibly unseating Richie Incognito at LG. I think this may be the year we see major movement along our OL.

Also watch out for Will Davis. I have a feeling he will be a good slot corner for us. He seems perfect for the part.

Dion Sims i see as a guy that will come in situationally for a while.

I will be very interesting to see how they use Sims. I would be surprised if hes a main redzone threat like Fasano was around the 4-5TD range. He's 6'5

Sims will probably be relied on a lot, but as far as being a receiver, it could be a little bit. He has all the potential. He is a perfect replacement for Fasano. A guy that can catch the ball in traffic, stay in and block and still be athletic enough to get down field.

I hope it is Jordan, but realistically it'll be Sturgis. Gillislee is a really solid RB, and I wouldn't be shocked if he gets 500 to 600 yards in a backup role to Miller.

Dion Jordan, no doubt. 6 to 9 sacks from him, imo.
