Really, really surprised to see no Kickers have been signed as UDFA.

Gostkowski is making $3m next year and has hardly been reliable the past couple of seasons. He either needs to be pushed, or replaced because he is not worth what we're paying him right now.

@Richter

Lawrence Okoye is taking questions on Twitter. Asked him if the Pats showed any interest at all.

Now to play the waiting game.

If the answer is no, I don't know what they're doing.

I'm thinking it has something to do with BB's remaining time here being short and him not wanting to go through the trouble of teaching a guy the game from square one.

I mentioned this stuff in relation to Da'Rick Rogers. I said in one of the threads (and elsewhere) that he was basically undraftable because he's a coach killer.

http://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/2011/trouble-on-rocky-top/

Just one of the many stories about him. The reason I was for Da'Rick and not Bray is because Rogers' coaches later spoke glowingly about him when they didn't have to, and there were solid indicators that his previously failures had actually led to a change in character when he was forced to leave the Tennessee program.

Laughing

He actually does have some similarities to Welker including the body catching and drops.

I mentioned him. High upside and he has high IQ. But then again he was just lazy and probably a brat.

He may have a high IQ but his son was a turd at OSU. Transferred out to some CC school and got his chance with Bama and proceeded to bomb that too.

If he really does just love football and hate school as an UDFA I'd give him a shot and cut him if he annoyed me at all.

So what are our early expectations for the UDFA guys? Who has a chance to make the roster?

Kanorris Davis looks like he can compete for a undersized LB/ST role. There's not much competition, as Fletcher, Tarpinan, Ebner have been somewhat underwhelming, and Tracy White is no longer on the roster.

All around this UDFA class looks like it might break the UDFA streak though. Says something about our skill in UDFA that we have a streak going.
