Random, but am I the only one who's a big Conner Vernon fan?

Love this. Here's to hoping Fauria, Da'Rick, and Connor Vernon go undrafted so we can snag one of them.

Cincy will nab da'rick... just watch, they love their troubled players
I honestly thought they would've taken him already.

I haven't been watching because i've been out but are Bray, Dysert, and Renfree still there? If so, wouldn't mind signing one to push Geno (preferably Dysert).

I really like the Bohanon pick. He's going to be a great addition with his versatility.

If Da'Rick goes undrafted I really think we should try to go for him. He's got baggage for sure but it's worth it at that point.

(also nice to see another Grand Valley State player go in the draft. They always have great team for DII.)

@RichCimini: Bohanon was used as an H-Back last season, caught 23 passes. Crazy strong: 36 bench-press reps at combine. #Jets

Impressive.

This picks means we have officially delivered a needed slap in the face to the 2010 draft.

Dee Milliner: Kyle Wilson
Brian Winters: Vlad Ducasse
Chris Ivory: Joe McKnight
Tommy Bohanon: John Connor

I shouldn't have critisized the pick at first. Glad we took him.

Next step is to cut Simms & Tebow.

To be fair Wilson is still a fairly decent player and will still play a big role on our team. I know I might be alone in it but I think everyone knows that I've liked McKnight for awhile. He's a great special teams players and he's decent for a few touches a game on offense.

Not defending that draft completely but we did get a couple decent players and Ducasse who everyone knows would be a huge project. He still might end up being a good player. It could just be a year or two from now.

Wilson is our NB, and in the NFL nowadays NB is almost as important as the 2 starting CBs. He will still play a key role for us.

I'm not saying Wilson is not an important player for us, but we would not have drafted Milliner if Wilson fully panned out. You want a #1 or #2 in the first round.

A late 1st round CB who has developed into a starter is panning out. With the draft you look for starters hope for stars.

I like this pick a lot, FB is always a great pick in the 7th round. It is really the only position where you can get the 1st or 2nd guy you have on your board at the position.

He has to be a better blocker than Lex Hilliard right???

Also this sounds like a Rex pick, at least Idzik is giving Rex 7th rounders to use for FB's and not 5th rounders.

Idzik's son played with the kid at WF, it was an Idzik pick, or at least a joint decision.
