I love this pick let's get some speed on this offense. Wanted Kenjon Barner but this would surely do this draft class going down in history!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

If anyone has any questions on Denard, let me know.

How well do you think he will hold up as a RB? Is he shifty enough at the pro-level to not take many major hits?
I've been calling him a RB for a year now. Michigan would've competed for a NC if he would've began the year as our primary ball-carrier, with Gardner as our pro-style QB.

He has elite vision and tremendous escapability. You couldn't have gotten a better bargain that late in the draft.

Yes, for shiftiness.

I think he will hold up fairly well, depending on how he is used. I dont think he will be able to handle 20+ carries a game up the middle. But he should be able to give 10-15 touches a game plus returns. Had over 700+ career touches at Michigan and while the Big Ten was down, it was still full of NFL quality defensive players (+ solid non-conference opponents) and he has never had a major issue with durability despite the workload (only missed the last few games of the regular season due to a freak nerve injury to his elbow and he sat out as long as he did in part due to it being on his throwing arm and he was our QB at that point). Compactly built and extremely tough. Hard worker and great kid.

I knew the Jaguars were going to draft him but I just couldn't pinpoint when they would draft him.

Yeah, 10-15(max) carries
5-7 receptions
KR/PR

That's his potential. Totally worth it this late in the draft.

Sounds good to me, just hope when he fields punts he wont fumble. It isnt something he is use to doing

I think he can add a few exciting plays a year, especially on returns - he just moves so instinctively in space.

I was quietly hoping we'd kick the tires. I didn't think we would, but it was an entertaining thought.

I think if he makes his mark in the NFL, it'll be on special teams.I think there's a very good chance he can be a top tier return man.

With the guy from SC, is he even going to be returning? I don't know anything about dude, but all I hear is we drafted a return specialist and Robinson.

Ace Sanders will be the PR, Robinson a RB.

Dave said we drafted Ace for his special teams ability, and his receiving skills (which are very good for where he was picked) is a bonus.

Looks like Ace will be the primary returner/some gadget receiver, and that Shoelace will be the primary gadget back.
