I don't understand all the hate...

We took him here for a reason. When healthy the guy was the most talented RB in college football. Just because NFL.com didn't have a high grade on him doesn't mean other teams weren't going to draft him in the 4th.

You all say Lattimore? Really? This guy is just as talented as Lattimore only he had one bad injury that he will be fully recovered from come training camp.

Lattimore may never be the same player again and Lattimore's body type says he will always be injured. His lower body is way too small for a RB of his size. Believe me this guy ran an OFFICIAL 4.37 40...he has his step back. It's better that he sat out most of this season...now fully recovered.

I think part of the problem is that he had something like 700 fumbles. Sure he CAN fix the fumble issue and he COULD stay healthy, but it is a "risky" 3rd round pick. I'm all for it; I had my big glass of Kool-aid this morning, but I understand some of the frustation.

Got to say I was and still kind of am disappointed in the Knile selection, but the kid does have unreal potential. I am hopeful we can tap into that potential and get the most out of him.

Also as others have said I hope this means the end for both Draughn and Eachus.

You have to realize Dorsey/Reid got to town, looked at our offensive roster and laughed. They said: so we have JC, D Bowe, and what...? Not much else. You can say we had weapons, but who on our team is a true playmaker after those two? No one.

It's always wise to insure your valuable assets. Jamaal is our biggest asset. We insure him with a physical, talented back who we had rated high. Oh and not to mention, Reid kind of has a history of identifying RBs. Westbrook, McCoy and Bryce Brown aren't slouches. Just remember that.

There is a rumor that the Eagles really wanted Davis, and someone where I can't site stated Barkley could actually have been taken as a bargaining chip. That would be a really really interesting situation.

Doesn't make sense, they have Brown and Mccoy.

There is no such thing as too many impact players or too much depth.
