Yes, but not as much as a stud wr. 13 points, bro.

Gave up 28 points because they had no pass rush and their backup DB's were trash. Defense couldn't stop Eli Manning on a game winning drive. Bro.

You know what helps the offense? The defense setting up short fields, forcing turnovers and getting off the field.

Imagine never hearing NBT whine for a top WR ever again.

But then we'd hear all the time about you whining about Why isn't patterson on the field more. Why isnt he getting more targets. He wouldn't have been even half as good as you think he would've. We didnt pass on Calvin Johnson or Larry Fitzgerald. As much as you can pretend this guy was a surefire 1000yrd 10+TD guy as a rookie. He isnt like Tommy Streeter you touted this beast OROTY and 1000+ yrd instant impact. He hasnt had a reception yet.

No no, NBT would be reading "I think I am in love..." posts ala 2007.

You know what helps the defense? Playing with a huge lead. Playing against an offense which is under pressure and more mistake prone as a result of it.

Looks like Dobson has average-mediocre burst off the line. 2012 Moss got off the line with a similar burst.

As for those drop videos above, how exactly do they determine a drop...because it clearly isn't a 0% drop rate for him.

Moss took off when he wanted to. I would love for us to sign him as FA.

How many playoff games do you see teams get huge leads against the types of defenses you see in the playoffs? Sure it happens, but you're not going to get 3 or 4 straight games like that in the playoffs.

Defense and situational football win Super Bowls.

Would have to agree. But then all the arm-chair GMs in these forums will be barking like a mad Kiper.

In the playoffs, it's more pre game stuff. The Jaguars and Chargers were intimidated as shiz when we played in 07, for example. Even though we hadn't scored, they were super aggressive and pass heavy.

Cordarrelle Patterson achieves 20 MPH in 2.6 seconds, the fastest ever recorded by Sports Science.

I will laugh so hard when he goes the way of Charles Rogers.

Given his running after the catch ability, that is near impossible. Patterson could never develop his down field game beyond what it currently is & still be a major factor.

The guy arrived in Tennessee in late July and was starting & dominating 5 weeks later. Clearly picked up the offense fairly well.

He was also a crap QB's #2 target and still posted good stats in the leagues best conference. Aaron Dobson had twice as many drops on less targets.

Everyone is belittling him because he is not well spoken. That is honestly the only reason.

Patterson would've flopped miserably here.

Yup.

This pretty much tells us what we already know. But clearly being an airhead is simply not a possible in this offense.

BB has said a lot of times how Dobson and Boyce were smart and count retain information and things of that nature.

Lends itself to the reason they would be drafted by us.
