Given the rise of Eric Fisher, and EJ Manuel, I was curious how Senior Bowl risers have fared in the NFL. Do the bust at a higher, lower, or average rate? Does anyone have any insight into how they perform at an NFL level?

Edit:

I keep thinking Robert Ayers, and am drawing a blank on every other player.

I'm not sure anyone would have an actual statistic for that...but my guess would be they bust at about the same rate as most prospects. I doubt there is a whole lot of variances in bust rates in things like that, but I could be wrong.

This. Although it helped Wilson prove he could be a viable QB it backfired for a QB like Pat White.

Mike Wallace showed up there and played well in the league. But on the flipside Andre Brown has done nothing.

Really a mixed bag.

Isaiah Pead was MVPead of the Senior Bowl. His stock grew tremendously. Jury is still out on him.

Wasn't Geno Atkins a senior bowl riser?

First player to come to mind for Senior Bowl risers is Von Miller, which is doing pretty well I'd say. I can't say for all players though.

Miller was already slated as a first rounder/first pass rusher off the board.

He was around 25 before, and with the senior bowl and combine shot up to the top 5.

I remember this. Miller was thought of as a 4-3 OLB-3-4 OLB 'Tweener so team's didn't know where to slot him.

Things worked out alright for Denver though.
