solid, solid pick. He and Tavon Austin are going to terrorize the nfl. Sam Bradford finally has the young playmakers he needs to go along with other young taken the past few years Wrs Austin Pettis, Chris Givens and Brian Quick

Can't remember what pick we have in the 4th but could Phillip Thomas fall to us!!?? I was really hoping for Thomas in the 3rd and Duke Williams in the 4th. Think we lost out on Williams cuz we for sure need a FS. There's no way we're putting all our eggs in Tanard Jackson's basket!!

I believe we have the 22nd pick in the 4th. 119th overall.

there is a lot of safety talent still available. I'd say there are 10 guys worthy of bing picked in the next 2 rounds:

FS:

Phillip Thomas
Bacarri Rambo
Josh Evans
Tony Jefferson
Cody Davis

SS:

Shamarko Thomas
Duke Williams
Robert Lester
Earl Wolff

anybody else notice that both of our picks were juniors. Not very shanny like. I'm still regretting our jordan reed pick. Would've rather went with the OT from virginia or Kasheem greene the LB from rutgers. Then hopefully can get rambo in the 4th and a SS like earl wolf or ray ray later in the 6th.

IMO we don't need another SS. We'd be better off adding depth at the OLB position in case Orakpo goes down again. That's a pretty good list of FSs still available. Any one of those guys in competition with Tanard Jackson and Jordan Bernstine would improve our secondary.

neither am I but they're young and that's why they took Austin and Bailey, one of the best tandems in college football over the past 2 years.

Aboushi will bust. He has short arms and is a terrible run blocker. Not long enough to play tackle and not strong enough to play guard. And I'm a UVA fan.

^^^ Aggregate top players from those three lists (top of all three at a 2nd/3rd round/75.0+ or better):

WR Quinton Patton, Louisiana Tech

Honorable Mention (on top of two of the three lists):
RB Johnathan Franklin, UCLA
OLB Khaseem Greene, Rutgers (would play ILB for us)
FS Phillip Thomas
OC Brian Schwenke

Franklin could add another dimension to our offense. He'd be a great pick too.
