With at least 5 reports I have seen now they say we are VERY high on Carradine, and are even thinking of taking him at 15. What are your thoughts on this if it happened?

Like him, very concerned about the injury though. I think if hes the pick, I just hope they don't rush him back and allow him to heal. Top 5 pass rusher before the injury and clearly has the work ethic to overcome the injury but there are questions and risk.

I'd be very happy. I was really high on him. I really like him. He's got the athleticism to go along with the pass rush moves to be productive early. He's got multiple pass rush moves, good hand usage, he's not stiff.

I honestly think he'd be up there with Werner had he stayed healthy. His pro day was quite good too.

Would I be happy with Carradine at 15? No. Would I be upset? No. He's one of the few guys I'm indifferent on. If Payton and Loomis have faith in him that high. I'm on board. If they pass, no problem. I probably wouldn't take him at 15, but it all depends on who's available.

I completely understand your thinking here... My thing with Carradine is all about the injury. TO me he's clearly the top natural pass rusher in the draft with elite physical tools. If he'd stayed healthy I absolutely feel he would have been a top 10 pick.

If... and its a big IF. Carradine is healthy and will bounce back from the injury he is well worth the 15th pick and is actually a steal there but the medical is a major concern.

Total risk/reward pick... question is, can Saints afford to gamble with this selection? I don't think they have that luxury.

He torn his right ACL in November, but they say he's recovering fast.

ACLs aren't bad at all anymore.. Well, of course they are bad, but ts not hard to recover from them as it was before. With someone like Tank, I have no doubts he'll return to form.
