Funniest thread since Maiava! It's like watching a bunch of kids on Xmas eve that are all convinced Santa is bringing them coal. Don't panic, fellas! Banner Claus is coming to town tomorrow! If we get coal, so be it...I'd rather have the delusion of hope that I am clinging to until tomorrow night.

I wonder if Vegas is taking bets on if the browns will move up and take a QB. Because I'd bet it all

I think this trade up is going to go down especially if Jordan is still on the board. If both tackles go off the board in the top two picks that leaves our board as probably

1a Dion Jordan
1B Ziggy Ansah

Moving up to 3 allows us to pick between the best two potential pass rushers in this draft.

The reasoning for this is they probably don't think Jabaal will be able to convert successfully I wouldn't doubt him being involved in a trade with Oakland as they need young talent or Jabaal will be traded to recoup picks from our trade up. If we want to go pass rusher we almost have to make this move.

I would be extremely upset if this happened. Seeing as how this came out the day before the draft though, I have to think this has very little traction.

Trading up is certainly a unique rumor, that has not been thrown out by at all until now.

Moving "UP" in the draft for "ANYONE" this year is completely asinine. No one is worth it and I truly mean "NO ONE".

Peace!!

Why would we trade up at all? It really doesn't make sense.

I don't care who it is, if we trade up for someone, it will be instant fail.

There are two guaranteed scenarios to choose from.

1. all 3 OT's go before us and we get one of ansah, milliner, jordan or mingo right in our laps.

2. The pass rushers go early and an OT is on the board at 6 and we can trade down.

There is not one of the OLB's that stands tall above the others.

Take the best one that is left at 6 or trade down.

There is not one scenario where trading up is a good idea.

NOT FREAKING ONE

I heard a rumor about possible talks for a Three way trade the browns, jets, and panthers where the Browns trade down, but get Tim Tebow and Derek Anderson in return.

As long as part of that trade is getting Drew Carey in return, I'm good.

Most rumors turn out to be false. This is one of them.

Unless... we are trading up, so we can secure the #3 overall pick, and that will allow us to more easily trade down, which is what we wanted to do in the first place.

I believe I've gone cross-eyed.

Heard we're trading Joe Thomas and Joe Haden for the #1 pick to take Geno

Uncomfirmed that Hornby is being shopped for a late 8th round pick.
