Much better players on the board I'm not sure if its the scouting or targeting specific guys, but it seems to me we're putting too much of an emphasis on character and not enough on talent.

Mingo is a suuuuper high character guy. I don't agree with the criticism (Mingo and McFadden are talented), but Mingo doesn't at all disprove it.

I'll give you Mingo was based on talent but looking at Mcfadden and Slaughter there were clearly more talented players on the board I would like to see how they decide to rate players.

I have watched every Notre Dame game for years and I have never once noticed this guy. Obviously I was never looking to watch for him specifically, but to never even see him show up in a big way every should speak volumes.

this year is a sell out year to see if we can get the first pick weeden will get injured early on, cam was the most hit qb last year.
