Thought Datone Jones would've been better as a 4-3 LE.

Damn the Packers took my favorite DE. At least we got one of my top three. Trufant, Datone Jones and Arthur Brown

Rhodes change of direction drills
Short Shuttle: 4.65 (only 1 CB since 1999 has been slower - he's out of the league)
3 Cone Drill: 7.29 (only DBs since 1999 still in the league with >7.25 are now safeties)

SH*T I feel like an idiot now I thought for some reason Trufant was like 5' something Embarassed Overall I'm happy with the pick. Just hope we can get a nice OLB or DE in the 2nd.... bring back Abe if we dont go DE.. and a TE in the 4th.

I didn't think it was possible for me to love this pick more. But I do.

My boy Cordarrelle going to the Vikes. He's going to be sick there if they can get him the ball

I expect he will just replace Harvin's role minus taking carries out of the backfield.

I already can't wait for next season. I'm almost as excited to watch our defense now. We are gonna have some swag going on out there.

He did that for us too. Not saying he will as a pro though

Trufant>Rhodes every time. We need a big physical CB

Trufant is the smaller and less physical of the two...

Not really. There is a reason Rhodes is a CB/S and its mainly because he can't cover very well. He's physical in the hard-hitting sense, but he's not physical in the press coverage on your hip sense.

In no way am I pumping up Desmond either, I wanted Floyd. I do like Tryfabt much better than a big non-covering CB/S that is injury prone.

I like the Trufant pick, not knocking it, but he is not a great press guy. Physicality was one of the ? on Trufant.

Only in the sense of run support, hes pretty physical in coverage. Ive been a huge fan of his since he 1st stated a UW. He can play in any scheme... really good press corner, elite off man and good in zone coverage as well.

Id love to see us trade our 2nd, 5th, and next years 3rd to go get tank, maybe even a 4th instead of the 5th this year. Go get 2 big time players for our 2 big time needs.

LB: Arthur Brown, Khaseeme Greene, Sio Moore, Jamie Collins, Sean Porter

Look at all this front seven talent still available.
