Trufant is the smaller and less physical of the two...

We must have really wanted Trufant. We could have waited but we obviously didn't wanna chance a team taking him before Rhodes and before our pick. Kinda surprised Rhodes is still on the board tho.

Not really. There is a reason Rhodes is a CB/S and its mainly because he can't cover very well. He's physical in the hard-hitting sense, but he's not physical in the press coverage on your hip sense.

In no way am I pumping up Desmond either, I wanted Floyd. I do like Trufant much better than a big non-covering CB/S that is injury prone.

Rhodes is big but his ball skills are suspect. I think thats why a lot of teams are passing thus far

I like the Trufant pick, not knocking it, but he is not a great press guy. Physicality was one of the ? on Trufant.

Welp, there goes Rhodes lol. I've been preaching Rhodes or Trufant at the right price. I am not too happy about giving up our 3rd rounder, but at least we still have our 2nd. And Trufant is a baller no doubt. Samuel will take him under his wing and will show him what's up. Not to mention Trufant is a ballhawk. 4.3 40 doesnt hurt either Very Happy

Same with Rhodes. Rhodes should be a S, but will likely play out of position.

Idk opinions are opinions. I'm done, I'm really excited to see our new look at CB.

I'd love to see Tank or Moore fall to 60.

For tonight:

Dreams: Tank Carradine, Desmond Trufant, Jamar Taylor, Arthur Brown, trading up for a defender without losing this year's 2nd or 2014 1st

Nightmares: Any trade into the top 10, Tyler Eifert, Any offensive skill position frankly, Margus Hunt (in rd 1), Manti Te'o

Glad it went according to plan
