Woods, Goodwin, and Da'rick... sweet. If they live up to potential then a weakness turns into a major strength.

Its criminal that Tyler Bray went undrafted

Also, I wonder what turned teams off about Matt Scott.. He had an excellent spring that was boosting his draft stock..

If I may, Woods is a great robin, and will help Stevie become a true #1.

Goodwin is questionable, I think his ceiling is a situational deep threat.

Da'Rick I am truly jealous of, he can be a #1 type receiver if he can keep his head on straight.

Here is some more positive talk about our draft class:

Quote:
Buffalo Bills: GM Buddy Nix made the most surprising move of Thursday night, with the Bills dropping from pick No. 8 to 16 and grabbing EJ Manuel as the team's new franchise quarterback. While many analysts believe Manuel is not the top quarterback in the class, his blue-chip physical traits (size, athleticism and arm talent) and an underrated football mind make him an intriguing prospect to build around. Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin add more explosiveness to the receiving corps. Kiko Alonso is a thumper who brings much-needed toughness and physicality to the middle of Buffalo's defense. Don't sleep on the Duke Williams pick, either; he is an active roamer in the back end with the grit and nastiness to be an enforcer between the hashes.

Mel Kiper ranked our draft dead last.. and fairly significantly..

I think a lot will rest on how well Manuel does..

I am willing to give the Bills the benefit of the doubt with the pick, I just cant help but feel we could have done much better value wise in the whole scheme of things..

FTFY.

I think we had a pretty good draft considering where we were before. We had 8 picks and a huge deficit of talent, we added what we could and I think we'll be fine.

Obviously the big thing is how E.J. does.

for what it's worth Kiper ranked Seattle's 2012 draft dead last too.

Kiper rates teams based on the value they get from his board, not on the team getting pieces and players that might not necessarily be best value, but fit the position best.
