If Massie to Guard is the only change we make to the interior line the season will be lost. If that's the plan I'm starting to hope we don't draft a tackle or trade for one.

Hopefully it is Levi to Guard.

Kiem said on the radio that Massie would be the "break out player" this season. Hard to be a breakout player moving positions, especially since he has always been a RT.

They must think he is better suited at G

$6 mil guard

I could see it happening.

Guess we have options now at 7

Albert at LT, Jordan or Mingo at OLB

Wonder if we could make it 2014 2nd rounder instead.

Dolphin market is drying up

How about this, how does this grab you?

2013 2nd for Albert, signs multi year deal for 7.5 mil avg

Trade back from 7 to 11 or 12 with Miami or San Diego get back our 2nd

They take Johnson

We pick Mingo, Werner, Jones, Vacarro or bpa defensive player and same again in 2nd round

We then are set as follows

Albert College Lyle Levi Massie on oline

And add the 2 picks above to the D filing 2 more holes there, we then go bpa rest of way and make a run for west title or at least 2nd with that roster

Addition to previous post:

With the dead money from kolb etc gone in 2014 we can sign PP to new big deal and really contend going forward

I like the direction but I think Colledge would need to go NOW to create 7m for next year for PP, Albert, Dre etc...

It would suck to have over 20m in dead money this season but we'd be clear for 2014 and beyond...

I guess draft a LG on day 2 or try Potter there?

Werner is not a 34 backer. Not his game.

I don't mind Vaccaro, I think we can get a similar player much later in the draft though. Don't see any special safeties this draft, lots of good ones.

Jones, still don't want to touch that walking medical issue.

If we did move for Albert I would not mind a trade back, but I would want to go Cooper at 12, he should be there;

Albert - Cooper - Sendlein - Brown - Massie

We then need to really, really address Pass Rush and Safety in rounds 2 and 3, but with that offensive line, Carson Palmer and out targets I would be very optimistic for what our offense could produce.

Yeh i thought about Cooper too

But figured they would give College one more shot.

Synder is toast either way.

I dont think Werner is 3-4, however if we show more 4 man fronts, I can see him fitting in.

Just let him loose outside CC or DD, block that other teams.

If this is the case, it comes down to Jordan or Johnson if they are available. I don't think PHI or DET will go OT if it's not Fisher or Joeckel.

Champ was right. MJ said we have Cooper over Warmack and would take him if Fisher & Jordan are gone...

*cough* smokescreen *cough*

Trust nothing you read in the week leading up to the draft.

I heard Oakland was trying to sign Ice Cube as HC.
