Everyone is assuming that Harrison can't cover. But honestly i think that's a preconceived idea that's mostly unfair. He wasn't asked to do it too much in Pittsburgh.
And on a somewhat related note, the best play of his career was in coverage. Not that it proves anything, but just thought i'd point it out.
EDIT: Wanted to add--Cincy has done a great job the last couple of years of taking guys that can't cover (who once could) and making them whole again. Not saying it will happen here, but crazier things have happened. Guys have resurgence years. _________________ If you're not in over your head, how do you know how tall you are?

There will be a couple of LBs available in the 3rd-4th round who can cover that I'd like to see the Bengals look at. Moore, Hodges, and Bostic should all be available in the 3rd (maybe not Moore). I hope the Bengals seriously consider one of those guys there. Greene would be a good pick at 53 too.
Lamur is good in coverage too. We'll probably see him some in nickel packages. |

James Harrison's 2-year deal averages $2.225M per year. He received a $1.2M signing bonus. He makes $3M in '13 & has a $2,343,750 '13 cap #. _________________
