OK so maybe I'm crazy but they showed the 'live' camera shot in KCs warroom and you can see a "ON" in the endzone that looks an awful lot like Oregon's endzone. That isn't a "report" or rumor. That was what the entire staff was watching. Could they be thinking Dion Jordan #1?

I think that's some stock footage from late last week, as I remember seeing that around then.

Word is we like Jordan in a trade back, but love Kiko Alonso. We sent everyone short of the owner to their pro day, so I'd guess we are targeting a couple of Oregon guys. I would like Alonso well enough, but there are others at ILB I'd prefer. Boyett at safety is another Oregon guy I like for like the 5th.

Yeah, Oregon certainly has some draftable players outside of Jordan. Even their RB could fit the Reid style.

Alonso is a good athlete but there have to be some red flags with him.He didn't even become a full time starter until he was senior, seemed injury prone and has had multiple alcohol related incidents.

everything points to Eric Fisher, much like in 2009 everything pointed to Tyson Jackson...

That's a bold strategy, Cotton.

It's interesting, because Reid likes the athletes, and Dorsey from the Ron Wolf tree might prefer the competition Joeckl has faced, though it seems now that they're at a 100 percent agreement on the pick.

I like that it's still quiet, and they are saying they will give teams every chance to trade up. This is a shrewd move in two facets, 1. It gives teams time to trade up and 2. It lets the dolphins simmer on their thoughts on BA.

I still think when it's over, we draft a LT though honestly I don't know who I want more. Move Albert to Miami for their second second rounder, and some fluff.

Trade Albert for Lauren Tannehill straight up:

Well that is certainly interesting, could have a lot to do with a lot of things. Better up-side (arguable), meaner, more athletic (think being on the right side).

Barring the Albert trade (Miami doesn't wanna give up the 2nd round pick) Alex Smith Will have even for one season, two top 15 picks protecting him at tackle. #luckyduck

Just saw Mort on ESPN say Joeckels agent hasn't been told that

The other thing I find interesting about this Albert situation is,

Clayton and Werder both work for ESPN. Clayton says they will give up 54 and are trying to figure out what else to sweeten the deal.

Werder says they won't give up 54. Sounds like two guys trying to scoop each other.
