Good signing.
Played relativley well last season and has past with DA in NO.
Will give any rookie time to develop in the interim. Dont know that Huff was all that much better.

Huff was definitely better but at least we have a full starting secondary on paper now.

Solid signing. Familiar with Allen from their New Orleans days.

Does Ross stay at CB or backup FS?

I assume he backs up both spots still and Usama, rookie, and Ansah will compete for two FS spots. Nelms is on the roster as well but not sure if he is SS.

Sounds like he is a better tackler at least.

Nice signing. Not our savior but a guy who has experience and can be a stop-gap guy until we find our answer at FS.

Just curious and maybe I missed the boat on this, but when has Ross been considered a candidate at FS? I thought he was signed last year to be a CB.

Thought we might sign him.should hopefully mean no more Gio, still expect us to address the position in the draft if possible.

In my opinion they are a joke. In the last ten years there drafts sucked.

This is a very meh signing. Good depth, however. Which is essentially what you can do at this stage of free agency.

Huff's drag down tackling has always been a glaring weakness in his game. Huff is a far better cover man for sure.

I wonder if they plan on moving Tyvon to FS or playing more of an interchangeable safety plan. Tyvon has got the wheels to play FS, his angles are just really poor in coverage at times.

I think so. Thing about te draft too there aren't many true FS in the draft. They either aren't fast or can't cover.
