I was just named the GM of the Denver Broncos for the FFMD 2013 War Room (Part 2.)

Here are the league rules -

http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=518644

Now for the fun stuff... We need as many voices as possible to help out in this and I feel the more input the better decisions are made. If you are interested in any of the positions below or just want to join in, please post in this thread and all thoughts/opinions will be welcome.

Staff Positions

Assistant General Manager - Your job is to seek out trades and aid me in making personnel decisions. Your primary role is trade coordinator and consultant. You are both responsible for providing an accurate list of who is on a trade block and, if possible, which teams are showing interest in those players.

Head Coach - Your job is to confer with the Offensive Coordinator and the Defensive Coordinator to evaluate what positions on the roster need to be improved.

Offensive Coordinator - Your job is to evaluate every position on our offensive depth chart and determine which positions need to be addressed and when.

Defensive Coordinator
- Your job is to evaluate every position on our defensive depth chart. Determine our weaknesses, prioritize our needs on this side of the ball, and decide which of our Free Agents on defense need to be brought back.

Directors of College Scouting - Your job is to coordinate our big board by working with our scouts. You must work with the Scouts, Offensive Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator, Head Coach, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager to determine which positions are best served being addressed through the draft.

Basically want to get everyone involved as there is a deep knowledge base in our forum.

I'd love to be assistant GM. I should have time to help with this thing. IMO we have Zero players to put on the trade block at this point in time.

Edit: Lance Ball may have an outside shot at garnering some late round value...

I'd like to help out at one of the coaching positions - HC, OC, or DC.

The choice is yours, pick away and more than happy to have you on board.

Well if there are no objections, I'll gladly move on from my Offensive Coordinator position in FFMD Part 1 into the Head Coaching position for Part 2. Let's go to work!

I would be open to some sort of scouting position. Not sure if I have the time to be Director of College Scouting though.

Didn't see anything on your thread yet in regards to this; Just a general inquiry on behalf of the Steelers, is there anyone specific on your trading block?

Just to let you know, maybe it impacts your planning, but the Bears are looking for a 1st, 3rd and 6th for the 20th pick.

Tentative offer of 5-152 for Moreno.

Would we have interest in doing that deal?

I'm okay with that. Ronnie Hillman made some advances in his development toward the end of the season, so I feel okay with him in the receiving-RB role. Moreno would serve as depth only and can be replaced in that role, especially if he has a $3M+ cap figure.
