On 332: I wouldn't bother taking a player at that position from that school ever. Yes, I'm biased, but if you look at the track record, only one player at that position has done anything of merit in the NFL and that was almost two decades ago. Arguably, we have the second best player at that position to come out from that school, and he's a middle of the road to above average player.

On 297: The analysis from CBS is somewhat damning on him. If you're thinking of maybe replacing our 2nd or 3rd guy on the depth chart with him, eh, okay. Still think we can do better.

Other than 209 or 27, I think Allen would be a better choice at this juncture.

turtle: yes, Rocca punted with a torn meniscus. Props to him. He also turned in his career best. Further props. That was still only good for 25th best in the league last year and he's 40. There's no guarantee that knee will hold up. Even if it does, why are we waiting to see if he can escape Father Time again when we could take a two time Ray Guy award winner?

. Lol on 332. You're not biased at all right? I completely agree though. That school doesn't produce quality nfl players.

The Eagles took Knile Davis. Sad Honestly, guys... I really don't care who we pick in round 7. Even if it's a QB. Laughing I just wanna get this thing done with. Unfortunately, though, I likely won't be on the internet at all starting at 8 AM tomorrow until Monday afternoon. I'm going to be out literally all weekend.

. I don't see why we can't draft a punter.

We can drop the codes at this point, too. Has Jeff Locke been drafted?

We should just take BPA. I have a feeling it won't be a punter.

Oh and do you guys know that Brad Wing was going to fail a drug test and that's why he left for the NFL?

That's what Parrothead told me a while back when I thought we should draft him.

He said Brad Wing will be a horrible character guy and get in trouble a lot off the field.

Still want him?

I never did. We don't need headcases anywhere near this team. Who is the BPA to you, turtle?

Only specialists taken to date are Locke and Dustin Hopkins (kicker out of Florida State). Quinn Sharp would be an interesting pick as well, since he's got experience at both punter and kicker. Of course, the report on him is "jack of all trades, master of none." Still, you could have him be your kickoff specialist/punter and leave the field goal kicking to Forbath.
