We're OTC... Seattle has been skipped (so far)

Seems of the Big Boards I saw.... most people were leaning CB / S, WR, or TE

Crap... TF... I'll take down the pick and you can post

TF... I took down the pick I had posted in there. Your call, GM!

I could get behind Josh Boyce (or Mark Harrison Wink )

Haha my bad. I just got out of class so I'm still catching up with the picks. I think Boyce or Motta would be nice value in round 6. Motta reminds me of an nonathletic Harrison Smith and Boyce can play the slot for us. He has reliable hands and is fast as heck.

I can get behind Boyce over Motta b/c we have had enough non-athletic safeties (and they NEVER work out).

But I would still take Harrison over Boyce because if you can coach up Harrison's route running / concentration = you have a #1 WR on your hands

I think Allen will always be a #2 WR (although a really good #2) and Boyce doesn't strike me as a #1 caliber WR either.

Plus Harrison should be a solid blocker with his size & willingness.

But we need to pick because technically Seattle can still come in and Tampa is OTC

The Houston Texans select:

Josh Boyce, WR TCU

With the uncertainly of Posey and his injury, I felt we needed to select another WR in the draft. I honestly thought Boyce would go much earlier than round 6 IMO. He will be an ideal slot WR with his quickness and speed, and there is a possibility he can line up outside for us. He is a very good run blocker (better than Keyshawn Martin) which is key for our offense.

Only two picks left, and we can address TE, CB, or S. Plus there is an UDFA period. Most of you guys have already sent me a big board of who you want to pursue in round 6,7 and UDFA. If you have anymore people just PM me.

We are on the clock at 12:30 CT, so I think I will be able to make the pick before I go to class at 1.

PM me your top 5 big board once again.

Good pick. He was a CB at Iowa, but I think he should be able to make the transition to safety. He is a very good run stuffer and we should be able to use him in a variety of ways in addition to him helping out on special teams.

I actually like Canyon's choice as a 7th round pick. I think we can get the guy JC wants as an UDFA.

I'm going to PM you JC, the guy I am talking about.
