Anybody here? We pick in an hour...

Looked at the PMs from TF713, LJC, & Biggio's input --> There is a player that all 3 nominated (at various stages of their Big Boards).

He wouldn't be my choice, but I can post it if need be.

So far the vote would 3-1 for a certain player.

If anyone is around, let me know and I can share with you.

Edit: Just checked the draft thread and we are on the clock at this time (8:27 AM EST)

Edit 2: I am going to be travelling for about 20 minutes. I will check again just before 9:30 AM (EST). At that point, I will check again. If no further input by that point, I will post the pick in the draft thread.

Did we pick early?

Nvm. I was confused by a couple of the posts regarding our time that seemed to conflict. Anyways, thanks for pickin up the slack Jch. You can go ahead and stop goin around saying "well, I'm not really on the staff, but..." Laughing

I wasn't really in the loop on this pick, I guess, but I thought Jefferson was probably gonna be the guy.

We did not pick early. I made the pick at the last possible moment (9:30 AM EST). The clock on the threads shows CST - but selection times are EST.

I would also like to point out that the selection was made against my will! LMAO

3 people voted for Randle... I voted for someone else. But like a good soldier, I followed the chain of command (as well as the democratic vote).

It was Randle or Jefferson. Biggio had not voted for Jefferson, but he did vote for Randle. TF had him 2nd on his big board & LJC also had Randle on his big board.

Cleveland was set to take Randle with their pick and obviously Jefferson went to Denver with pick 161.

Ah, I see. I was editing my post while you were posting this lol. Yeah, the only board I saw was TFs, and we both had Jefferson first. I had Randle #3.

No worries, U-wood! See... you would have been another "vote" for Randle technically speaking. Sorry I didn't see your board b/c that would have put Jefferson in somewhat of a tie with Randle. Think

Thanks for filling in JCH!

I love the Randle pick. Biggio brought to my attention that he was still on the board and I knew we had to pick him. Nice value in round 5 as a 3rd string RB to Foster and Tate. I honestly think he is a top 5 RB in this draft class.
