Guards are thin and I think we need depth there rather than TE at this point. I can think of at least 3 TE's that will be there in the 7th for us.

The Buffalo Bills select with pick 177

OG, JC Tretter

Not a big fan of Te'o but that is my favorite pick so far. Great value in round 2.

Agreed. Love that pick the most probably. Was hoping for him at 8 prior to ... everything.

I feel like we also got great value with T. Williams and obviously Manuel but I don't want to count him..

You know that was my favorite pick too lol!

Also, FWIW, McShay just said on Mike and Mike that Te'o will go higher than most people think. He said he'll go in the 1st, and that he talked to a team in the teens that said they might take him. We got great value there. I actually think the only guy we've "reached" for (and not even that big of a reach) was Rhodes. Overall we've had great value with all our picks.

Thoughts on tomorrow's pick?

Chris Gragg is still available I believe. Also like Jake Stoneburner, TE from OSU.

Well, this is amusing. Did you see the Jets just tried to draft a running back they themselves already drafted back in the 4th? Laughing

That's awesome!

Nice pick with Stoneburner!

So do we wait for the UDFA period now? How does that work? Similar to the Shark Tank where we bid and have to wait 12 hrs?

Quote:
The UDFA period will begin Monday, April 22nd at 9am EST. Each team is allowed to claim 1 player per hour. To claim a player, the GM/AGM (or approved delegate) must use the following format: Team Name claim Player Name, Position, School. For example:

Ohio Carps claim TJ Moe, WR, Missouri

If the timestamp for that claim is 9:01am EST then that team will not be allowed to claim another player until 10:01am EST. Players will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. Also there is no limit to the number of UDFA players that you can claim.

Note: Teams are NOT allowed to revoke claims. So you will have to wait a hour after you make a selection...

Do we have a list of guys we want to target? We need to decide which guy is going to be our top priority, and claim him right at 0901. After that we can decide who else we want most.

Haven't developed a list yet but I'd like to get a FB, OLB, WR, S, K and P.

Any other positions we should look at?
