I'm gonna cause a lot heat behind this one. Oh well!!! These two guys are the same guy. Couple pounds here and and there and Jordan is a inch taller. Dion Jordan stats:Height: 6-7 | Weight: 243 | 40-Time: 4.65. 2012 Games played -12 Tackles- 44 TFL- 10.5 Sacks-5.0.
Barkevious Mingo stats:Height: 6-5 | Weight: 240 | 40-Time: 4.53. Stats:2012 Games Played-13 Tackles- 38 TFL- 8.5 Sacks-4.5

I give the edge to Mingo because he played in the SEC. I'm by far a SEC fan but when you look at what the SEC did the last couple years have to respect that. I see both of these guy becoming an Aldon Smith from San Francisco. Easy them in and let the rush the passer what they both are use to.

The part of more draft picks come from this scenario: I think the Dolphins really will make a push for one of the 2 Tackles. I think Fisher in there target. 6'7 and a half and weighing 310 could replace Long. If we trade with them it would be #2(2600 points) over all for there #12(1200 points) overall #42(480 points) and #54(360 points). According to the Value Draft chart they still would need 560 point to make it even. and maybe a future pick as well. Dolphins feel they are closer than people think to New England.

Our Draft would look like this:

1-12- B. Mingo
2-33-
2-42-
2-54-
3-64-

Fill in who you would put in the draft rounds to make this an A plus draft.

Well they are different players.

Jordan (IMO) would play SLB in our defense as he is fluid enough to cover tightends and big enough to set the edge. Pass rushing downs he can be a wildcard and either drop into coverage or blitz. Extremely versatile player. I need to watch more as he seems like he is near the top of our board.

Mingo is strictly a Leo. A better pass rusher than Jordan at the moment. Insane first step and a devastating spin move. But, I wouldn't trust him at slb and having the responsibility of covering tight ends.

Trade down and get Mingo? Sign me up.

Jordan is extremely multidimensional, with a creative defense he will be a monster.

Mingo is a lot more of a rush the passer type, but that is really all he is. I personally believe he is more of a straight line player and am much lower on him that Jordan.

If we can trade back that would be great, but I would be very happy with dion jordan in teal

How could one guy play for two teams under different names and look and play different?

I have to say, it almost makes me want Jordan more, as he clearly is very smart. He's fooled countless people into thinking that he is Mingo.

I think it's the other way around since Jordan had like a 2.3 GPA in high school.

All part of the plan.

I'd rather take Neon at two and call it a day.

Just like Jarvis Jones neck where are the red flags on Neon shoulders the guy hasn't lift weights in two years.

Also to add on to that the issue Jones has is with his spine which has shown to be lingering (Michael Irvin, marcus mcneill, etc) issue for players in the past and as we all know a spine injury is much worse than a shoulder.

I know that he had surgery back in Jan or Feb and needs 3-4 months to recover.
