Signing Walter is disgusting. He's horrible. Spencer should be a solid backup.

I'd imagine that these two fellas are there strictly to provide some competition in Training Camp. I feel like Walter will be cut during training camp once hopefully a WR that we grab in the draft this year comes on strong (Robert Woods hopefully) I'm just really not a fan of potentially replacing one WR that's on the back nine of his career with another one.

They both signed for the league vet minimum.

Clarifying on $ for Walter and Spencer. Both signed for vet minimum, which is $940,000 for Walter next yr and $840,000 for Spencer.

I do not like either signing. Hopefully neither of these guys are on the opening day roster and were signed for OTA & camp competition.

I respect the Tennessee Titans, for giving people a chance to be in the NFL. Although, y'all may not like the pick up of these two guys. Even though, they might not be in the spot light but will claim the top of the family tree later down the reason. God bless them all that had a chance with us. It has been great watching the Tennessee Titans. Wish these two guys the best of luck.

No risk, only reward.

If they not on roster by Week 1 they get nothing. Walters can maybe...maybe be better than Hawkins.

on/off topic...
Spencer was taken in the 1st round as an OG/C. It just makes me that much more against taking an OG in the 1st. He has had a good career, but I want more from a 1st rounder than an average/quiet/respectable career.

Also, if I'm Velasco I come in and sign my tender before they take it away. (can they do that for RFAs?) Cause I'm not 100% convienced that Spencer or Turner isn't better than Velasco.

Seems like I remember getting beat with a long TD down the middle to Walter one time.

One of the 1st years where we really could pick anyone...except a QB or RB.

Anything else wouldn't shock me.

..Is this post serious?

Velasco was arguably the best player on the offensive line last year, even when the entire line was surging throughout the middle of the season. Neither Spencer nor Turner have ever even come close to the production he showed last year.

People have this warped view of our offensive line last season due to all the injuries it had towards the end, but when they were all healthy and had finally gotten use to playing with each other, we had one of the better lines in the league. Harris and Lutui were pretty meh/bad, but outside of that, everyone was playing at an at least above average level.
