You can't. That'a kind of the point. You cannot keep any large group together for a long time anymore. The "dynasty" teams these days are the ones who keep finding solid contributions from cheap talent to compliment the play of their high-priced stars, and the Bears failure to do that (at least offensively) under Lovie and Angelo is why neither Lovie or Angelo is still here.

The first key is to have five guys who play as a cohesive unit. That hasn't been the case in Chicago for about seven years now.

The other key is to have a good mix of above-average linemen and capable linemen.
