The two UConn corners added to the list.

Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Jamar Taylor, CB, Boise State
Darius Slay, CB, Mississippi State
Blidi Wreh-Wilson, CB, Connecticut
Robert Alford, CB, Southeastern Louisiana
Leon McFadden, CB, San Diego State
Dwayne Gratz, CB, Connecticut
Will Davis, CB, Utah State
Tyrann Mathieu, CB, Louisiana State
Rod Sweeting, CB, Georgia Tech
Brandon Smith, CB, Georgia
A.J. Bouye, CB, Central Florida

I'd be quite surprised to see a CB not picked in round one or two.

Peter King said he has heard Falcons want to move up from pick 30.

It's got to be for a DE or CB.

Interesting note is we worked out Barkevious Mingo. I doubt we trade into the top 5-10 again, but still something to note.

I could see us trading up for Bjoern Werner or Xavier Rhodes.

I absolutely hope that we will not be targeting Margus Hunt if we do move up...

I don't take much from this. How can a team that picks at 30 know they want to truly move up unless that move is very very significant (top 10).

The team has a draft board. The player TD wants has a high enough ranking on their board that he thinks it warrants a trade up. We all know TD is very aggressive if he finds a prospect he absolutely loves.

I wouldn't rule out a guy like Arthur Brown as well. He is pretty much the ideal TD type of guy and a player the Falcons would draft. Plus we have shown a ton of interest in the LB position it seems as well and i think we have had a few interviews with him at the Combine, Pro day and a personal bring in. That position killed us and i say it was the main culprit in last years playoff losses with TE's murdering us back there. At this point i might even want a OLB more than a DE. I like Osi and Biermann more than i do Nicholas at this point in time.

Completely agree. I've always though Nicholas was more of an middle linebacker than an outside. We need a guy that can cover TEs and can assist with the run (also an ill part of the D), which Brown can do. If we could get a guy like Brown in the 1st and a guy like Okafor in the 2nd (or a CB) I'd be pretty happy.

I love what I'm seeing with how many corners we have brought in. Imo, I only see one of two possibilities when it comes to trading up: a DE that falls or to snag a corner.
